It has magnificent, stunning setting, just next door to bars, restaurants and water sports, mountains and lake and downtown. Again, its 20 minutes walk from Kiwi and Birdlife Park.
The bathrooms are a bit tired.

The accommodation had a central location in pub called Pub on Wharf Beef Wellington. Got fairly quiet room with a shared balcony, mountain views and heater had a warm stay overall.

Everything was simply well-maintained. The room was quiet, with exceptionally comfortable bed and heater and hooks in the bathroom. Its location was great, to queenstown center, and in a lovely area. Also, the hotel was relatively close to St Joseph Parish.

It was a long way from the bus stop and as we arrived in the dark a bit tricky to get to.

Friendly welcome. Warm and comfortable. Quiet.
Having to walk a fair way to the room with luggage. External access would be a help but not always possible. Help was offered and we did not really need it. I would stay again.
